Composite fencing costs more up front than timber and asks for nothing afterwards. No annual coat of treatment, nothing to rot at the bottom, no boards to replace after a bad winter. If the thought of getting the fence panels out every spring is the problem you're actually trying to solve, this is the answer to it.
Boards slot into a post system rather than being nailed on, so a run goes up cleanly and a damaged board can be swapped without dismantling the fence. It suits a garden you want to finish once.

Is composite worth the extra over timber?
